- Yes. We come out, measure, listen to what you want, and send a written estimate at no charge. The estimate lists the work, the materials and the price, so you can compare it against anyone else's on equal terms. There is no fee and no obligation to hire us afterward.
- Are you licensed and insured in Pennsylvania?
- We are registered as a Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractor, ID #PA172148, and we carry liability insurance and workers' compensation. We are glad to send current certificates before we start, and we recommend you ask any contractor you talk to for the same paperwork.
- How long does a typical remodel take?
- A bathroom usually runs two to four weeks, a kitchen four to eight, and an addition two to four months once permits are in hand. Older Middletown and Harrisburg homes sometimes add time when we open a wall. We give you a schedule in writing and tell you early if anything moves.
- Do you handle permits?
- Yes. We pull the township or borough permits, prepare or coordinate the drawings, and meet the inspectors ourselves. You do not need to sit in a municipal office or chase paperwork. Permit costs are shown as a separate line on your estimate so nothing is buried in the total.
- Do you take on commercial projects?
- We do. We handle office build-outs, retail and storefront work, and tenant fit-outs for small commercial buildings around the Harrisburg metro. We schedule noisy and dusty phases around your hours where we can, so you can keep serving customers while the work goes on.
