Quick answers

Is the estimate really free?
Yes. The site visit, the measurements, and the written estimate cost you nothing and come with no obligation. If you decide not to move forward, that's the end of it — we don't keep calling.
How soon can you come out?
We call back within one business day, and most site visits happen within a week of that call. Larger projects sometimes need a second visit to open questions up before we can price the work honestly.
Do you charge for design work?
Basic layout guidance and material suggestions are part of the free estimate. Full design work — drawings, engineering, permit plans — is scoped and priced separately so you know the cost before we start it.
What information should I have ready?
Photos of the space, rough dimensions if you have them, and an honest budget range. Knowing what you want the finished room to do matters more than knowing what products you want in it.
